CHIROPRACTIC CARE
Chiropractic care aligns the spine and other joints, freeing up nerve, blood, lymph, and energy flow so that you feel better and function more optimally.
Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), is a very gentle chiropractic technique which balances muscles and aligns the spine and joints in a systematic way that prioritizes treatment.

Remote Healing is a partnered process that facilitates awareness, clarity, and self-healing of the mind and body.
It fosters present moment focus, centeredness, grounding, relaxation, and peace.
MIND-BODY TOOLS
Mind-body tools, (e.g. specialized meditation, visualization, affirmation, body awareness, and journaling) help you heal more deeply and completely.​ They can be used during treatment or on their own as "homework".
